CECODRI works with different sectors in Togo, with the mission of improving the lives and living conditions of underserved and impoverished communities:

Supporting Farmers
CECODRI's farmer support program aims to insure sufficient food supply for the community by improving productivity and revenue of small farms, organized as a group or a societal cooperative. This operation includes field work of reaching the farmers and mapping out those who would receive aid, granting of agricultural credit to dozens of farmers in different production areas, distribution of quality agricultural inputs, technical monitoring of the fields, organization and collection of products.

Fish Farming Project
In 2023, CECODRI initiated a Fish Farm project in Soutouboua with the purpose of promoting fish farming as an economically profitable activity. This operation included acquiring the necessary equipment, as well as professional consultation and training for CECODRI and the farmer on applicable techniques, starting the fish farm production with one pond, and selling fish. Part of the revenue from this project will be used to fund different social projects, such as supporting the association of widowed farmers and the schooling of orphans.

Empowering the Jean Perrin Medical Center
In 2023, CECODRI facilitated the purchase of an ultrasound machine and other laboratory equipment for the Medical Centre Jean Perrin, supported by NAF funding. This machine is critical to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality, complications during pregnancy, and mortality rates of other diseases of the heart, abdomen, liver, testicles, and thyroid.
